Returns
- Items that are damaged in transit, or are not to your satisfaction, will be replaced.
- If you wish to return your wine within 30 days and opt out of reordering, you will be credited less shipping costs.
Reships
- If your order has returned to our warehouse due to damage or an error on the part of the shipping carrier, we will re-ship it at no cost to you.
- If your order has been returned after three unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address, re-shipping fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
Shipment Redirect
Please also be aware that we can only redirect shipments within the same state due to tax/ compliance statuses. If your order has already shipped and you:
- Want to make a change to the shipping address, or
- Want the order to be held for future delivery (up to 14 days), please be aware that our carriers charge a $20 per package fee for these requests and this cost will be passed onto you.

Shipment Policies
- We can ship non-wine items to all 50 States, but wine shipping law vary from state to state.
- Plata can ship wine to these states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, LA, MA, MN, MO, NC, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA, VT, WA.
- A person 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for every wine package.
- Wine cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. For these reasons, please consider shipping to a business address.
Vintage Changes
Due to to vintage changes in inventory, if an item in your order is no longer available, we will substitute it with the next available vintage.
Returns
- 6-11 bottles- Western States $20, All Other States $30
- 12+ bottles- Western States $15 All Other States $20
- After payment is received, orders ship within 1 week.
- Ground shipping takes 1-2 weeks once wine is shipped.
